RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
A return or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery of the order.
Requests received after the 3-day return period may not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Be returned in its original condition.
• Include the original tags and packaging.
• Not have been altered or customised.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, stains, perfume, or other use may not be accepted.
RETURN APPROVAL
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Please contact us with your order details and reason for return before sending any product back.
Do not return an item without first receiving confirmation from our support team.
EXCHANGES
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product and stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team will guide you regarding the available resolution.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the item.
